Why the harness you have makes it worse
Dogs have an opposition reflex — push against them and they push back. A leash clipped between the shoulder blades gives them something to push against, right over their strongest muscles. Every pull is rewarded with forward motion. You are, without meaning to, training them to pull harder.
Move the clip to the chest and the physics invert. Forward force gets converted into a turn. The dog ends up facing you instead of dragging you. Nothing is tightened. Nothing is squeezed. The pull just stops paying off.

How do I know what size to get?
Measure the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs — that number matters more than weight. Put it into the size finder above. If you land between two sizes, size up. And if it's still wrong when it arrives, we'll send the right size free and you keep the first one.
My dog is a serious puller. Will this actually work?
The front clip changes the physics rather than restraining the dog — pulling stops producing forward motion, so it stops being rewarding. Most dogs respond within a few walks. It's not a magic switch and it's not a substitute for training. If it doesn't change your walks in 30 days, we refund you and you keep it.
Is this a choke, prong, or correction device?
No. Nothing tightens, pinches, or squeezes. The harness sits still and the leash attachment point does the work.
