The 30-Day Loose-Leash Promise

Every PawHerd harness is covered for 30 days from the day it arrives.

If it doesn't work for your dog — full refund. Email support@pawherd.com
within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the harness on your dog and a note
about what went wrong. We'll refund you in full, and you keep the harness.
You never mail anything back.

If the size is wrong — free exchange. Email us your dog's chest girth
measurement and we'll ship the correct size at no charge. Keep the original.

If something breaks — manufacturing defects are replaced, no argument.
Send a photo of the issue.

The fine print, kept short: One claim per household. Refunds go to your
original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
This promise applies to purchases made at pawherd.com.
