Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We periodically run free-shipping promotions, watch the banner at the top of the site.
Returns and Exchanges
If your PawHerd harness isn't the right fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The harness should be unused and in its original condition, with tags attached. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
